This Rye whiskey from Kentucky's Willett distillery was aged for four years in charred oak casks and bottled at cask strength. It has a sweet, stickiness on the palate which is punctuated by spicy rye notes reminiscent of caramel, dark chocolate, gingerbread and cracked black pepper.
