The Legent was created in collaboration between Fred Noe, Master Distiller at Jim Beam and Shinji Fukuyo, Chief Blender at Suntory. The Kentucky Straight Bourbon matures for around eight years in freshly charred white oak barrels in Kentucky and is then partly matured in red wine, sherry and ex-yamazaki barrels.
