Original RumChata has rum, vanilla, and cinnamon flavors in a sweet, creamy base. RumChata Peppermint Bark has flavors of white chocolate, dark chocolate, and candy cane in a creamy base. There’s also RumChata Limón that offers some citrus notes to the mix.If you use original RumChata in a recipe that calls for Peppermint Bark, just be prepared for a lot less peppermint flavor. Alternatively, if you use Peppermint Bark RumChata instead of the slightly spicy cinnamon of the original, you’ll have more peppermint notes and chocolate flavors in every drink.
