Piedmont is a very similar micro-climate to Burgundy and this Pinot shows classic characteristics of black cherry and strawberry fruit with bright acidity, earthy nuances and lively tannins. It's aged six months in oak barrels and shows a marked complexity.
Pair it with Boeuf Bourginon, Roast beef, and braised lamb.
