Grapes for The Plan are sourced from top quality vineyards all over South Eastern Australia, including McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek and Barossa Valley. Synonymous with Australian winemaking all over the work, the McGuigan family has been tending vines in the Hunter Valley since 1880. This approachable, full-flavored wine is made from fruit harvested at night from South-Eastern Australia vineyards. After fermentation, the wine was matured in stainless steel tanks and oak prior to final blending. Deep crimson color. Rich dark cherry and blackberry with subtle hints of cinnamon and vanilla on the nose. Charming flavors of cherry and blackberry with a subtle oak influence of chocolate and vanilla on the palate. An ideal partner for red meat, especially succulent roast dinners
