Assyrtiko is Greece's most renowned white grape, indigenous to the volcanic island of Santorini. This once rare grape is famously gaining international recognition for its texture, acidity, and minerality. The Theodorakakos winery was founded in 1988 by George Theodokakos, who continues to cultivate local varieties using the latest technologies and organic vineyard practices. This tasty white is filled with intense aromas of melon, mango, and almond that come together on the palate with rich flavors of white fruits, honey, and biscuit. Full-bodied, with elegant minerality leading into a long finish.
