Casamigos, a small batch, ultra-premium tequila made from the finest, hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico for a minimum of seven years. After harvest, the agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, before undergoing an extra-slow fermentation process over an additional eighty hours, nearly double the industry standard. Casamigos Reposado is aged for 7 months. It is soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish. Casamigos Reposado is made to be served chilled, neat, or on the rocks. It is also the perfect base for cocktails such as a classic margarita or paloma. To make a Casamigos Paloma mix 2 oz Casamigos Reposado Tequila, 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice, .75 oz fresh lime juice, .5 oz agave nectar, and 2 dashes of orange bitters in a cocktail shaker. Shake and then strain into a collins glass. Add fresh ice and top off with a splash of grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
