Barbancourt Blanc is a rum made from pure sugarcane juice on the island of Haiti. Founded in 1862 by Frenchman Dupré Barbancourt, the company is one of the oldest to produce on the island and export its products worldwide. The vesou is fermented, then distilled using traditional batch methods in small copper stills.
